El proyecto responde a una ampliación de la vivienda principal. Pese a que anteriormente se realizó una reforma integral de la vivienda para la adaptación de las nuevas necesidades y programas del cliente, surgió la necesidad de transformar los espacios circundantes como prolongación de la nueva vivienda.

El eje director de este nuevo espacio exterior es la pérgola. La pérgola adquiere diversas funciones entre las cuales destacan la de elemento generador y vertebrador de espacios de diferente índole. El carácter poético de la intervención responde a una organización mediante la separación de los elementos naturales fundamentales. Estos son el agua representada por la zona de baño, la tierra representada por el jardín trasero, el fuego representado por la zona de chimenea-barbacoa y el aire representado por el gran voladizo generado por la propia pérgola.

The focus in this stage is on bringing the client’s envisioned home to life, ensuring that the design is constructed to perfection while keeping the client informed and engaged throughout the process. Key Events: On site supervision

Welcome
home:

The final stage is about celebrating the finished project with the client, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere as the client moves into their dream home. Key Events: Probably some wine and tapas!
